We aim to provide a fast and efficient service through the use of an easy to use, effectively designed web site, and will strive to deal with all orders, queries, and returns promptly and professionally.

We aim to become the “first port of call” for anyone requiring motorcycle gear and spares.

To achieve this we will offer real value, and a comprehensive choice of excellent, quality products, provided by a helpful, caring, trustworthy, knowledgeable and professional workforce.

Delivery Service - UK Mainland

48 hour service

AREA'S IN THE MAP IN ORANGE DELIVERY CHARGES

 

Orders up to £60 in value delivery is £6.50

Orders from £60-£120 delivery is £3.50 

Orders £120 and over delivery is free.

 

For UK deliveries we use Parcel Force. Our aim is to deliver within 3-4 working days.


Please however note the current delivery policy. These are normally maximum working day times. For instance if you order an item  after close of business on Friday you could expect delivery on Wednesday but we may well deliver Tuesday.


For Parcel Force a signature will be required on delivery, in the event that no one is available to sign for the parcel it will be taken back to your local depot or local post office and a note left with information as to how to have the item re-delivered.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHO PAYS FOR RETURN POSTAGE?

The customer is generally responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items back to us, and in return, we pay the cost of sending your replacement.

 

THE PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT DO I DO NOW?

Please E'Mail our 'Returns Desk at sales@onlineoffroad.com who will advise you of the next step.  
In most cases if the product is faulty, we will offer an immediate refund or exchange.
Please note that with some returned goods it may be necessary to return the item to the manufacturer for assessment before a final decision can be made.

 

CAN YOU ARRANGE FOR COLLECTION OF THE PRODUCT?

Yes, the cost of this service is £7. This service is preferred for larger items that are too bulky to take to a post office. This service is only available to residents of the UK.

 

HOW IS COLLECTION ARRANGED?
You can send us your details via email  and we'll contact you to take make the required arangements. You will be asked to state a day that you will be at the collection address until the driver arrives. This is very important because if you miss the driver you may have to pay a further fee for rearrangement of the collection.

 

MORE THAN 21 DAYS HAVE EXPIRED SINCE THE PURCHASE, CAN THE GOODS STILL BE RETURNED?
We will normally waver this period if the goods are unopened or unused. If the goods were bought for a present that is no longer required, so long as the goods are unopened we will normally offer a refund.
